Fred Done and his brother Peter started the chain with a single betting shop in Salford in 1967 and have since built it into the world’s largest independent bookmaker.

BSP secured a letting to Bet Fred within Equitable House, a prime retail block in Nottingham Market Square.

Halfords Auto Centres have taken occupation of several units from BSP Holdings. Most recently at the recently refurbished Saraisha Court, Ilkeston.

KFC have recently taken space at recently competed Sarisha Court.  They are a welcome addition to a growing blue chip retail tenancy schedule.

LUDORATI CAFÉ is Nottingham’s premier board game café bar located in the city centre close to the castle and within the ground floor retail space of the offices at Castle Heights.

McDonalds are the largest fast food chain in the world and have recently taken occupation of the recently completed Sarisha Court.  BSP are proud that McDonalds have become the flagship tenant at Sarisha Court.  It demonstrates the quality and attractiveness of sites that BSP develop.

Nottingham City Transport (NCT) have been a long standing tenant of BSP holdings.  For nearly 10 years NCT have occupied part of the prominent retail space within Equitable House, BSPs former heads quaters.  NCT have recently agreed to extend the term and remain a long standing tenant.

Papa John Pizza are the most recent addition to the Sarisha Court development in Ilkeston.  Papa Johns is swiftly becoming one of the largest pizza takeaways in the Uk and with a 4900 stores within 17 countries make them a real asset to BSP Holdings.
